About us

The Corless family have been serving the people of Galway, Mayo, and the west of Ireland for
more than 40 years. Corless Menswear a man’s drapery store was established in 1967 by Joe
Corless father of the current owners. Wedding suits and dress suits were available to rent as
part of the original business. Joe and Michael Corless the current owners established Corless
Formalwear to cater exclusively for wedding and blacktie functions.

Joe and Michael take a very professional approach to each wedding and they realise the
importance of having everything perfect for your big day. Outfits are available for collection two
days prior to your wedding, so you can feel comfortable that everything is perfect.

It is recommended that you reserve your wedding suit at least three months in advance of your wedding
during the busy summer and Christmas wedding season

The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm, and Joe and Michael are available to take
personal appointments with the bride and groom after hours.

Couples are welcome to drop into the store and make their selection from the wide variety of colours to complement the colours for your
wedding.

Corless Formalwear have been serving the people of Galway, Mayo and the west of Ireland for more than 50 years. We stock a wide range of Tuxedos, Kilts, Suits and Waistcoats in a wide range of colours, Black, Grey, Ivory, Navy and Brown.

The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm. We are also available to take personal appointments with the groom and his partner after hours.
